Keith Vincent, a Hollywood composer, is shot and killed as he alters the score of his latest composition, Nocturne. The police and the coroner believe it was suicide, but detective Joe Warne, on learning that the victim was a notorious womaniser, thinks it may be murder… Also stars Virginia Huston and Joseph Pevney.
