Can the good Ebenezer withstand the lure of filthy lucre? As always, the faithful Baldric can be relied on to turn Christmas dinner into a Dog's dinner (as long as the dog isn't too fussy...). There's plenty of deeply horrid people, most of whom seem to be enormously fat, tons of seasonal bottom and willie jokes and a quick flip through Ebenzer's Elizabethan and Regency relos as well as a peep at his Space Age descendants.  Also starring Hugh Laurie, Stephen Fry, Miranda Richardson, Patsy Byrne, Miriam Margoyles and Robbie Coltrane as the Spirit of Christmas.
