Morgan Adams, pirate queen and her slave, William Shaw are on a quest to recover the three portions of a treasure map. Her murderous uncle and fellow pirate Dawg holds one part and is determined to get the location of the second out of Morgan's father, Black Harry whom he holds captive. Morgan rescues her father but he is mortally wounded - and before he dies he reveals the location of his part of the map. Morgan, having inherited her father's ship the Morning Star, now must track down her uncle Mordechai who has the last piece, prove her leadership qualities to her crew before they mutiny and repel the efforts of the British crown to put an end to her piratical raids.
