Dr. Burke wants to propose to Ophelia O'Brien before she sails off on a cruise...but he misses his chance and ends up stowing away on the same ship to follow her. When he's discovered he has to work his passage as the ship's steward and has to contend with a stubborn Captain, quirky passengers and a famous TV doctor friend ("Dr. Dare") on board, all of whom are making it difficult to get close to Ophelia!
