As if Washington D.C. isn't crazy enough, it's about to be invaded by a lot of hell raising high schoolers determined to throw the craziest bash ever as their final schoolies fling before graduation. Super-cool Dags and his bestie Reggie are notorious for their in-school-hours parties - and when they throw one in Principal Moss's house, he demands the unruly kids write a letter to the U.S. President to air their grievances at the school system. But the Principal's plan backfires when the President invites the class to speak before Congress. In the best tradition of Animal House, the sex-obsessed seniors are aboard the bus - driven by drug-addled 'Red' - and on the road to mayhem, sex, drugs and rock and roll.
