When his accountant embezzle 30 million, international arms dealer Jozef 'The Hawk' Bostanescu has him executed, but not before the dead man's widow, Nadia, makes off with the money - and that money was earmarked for the purchase of a 'Razor' - a black market nuclear weapon. With the future of his deal in jeopardy, The Hawk will stop at nothing to find Nadia and the missing millions.
