In 1964, young Frank Walker attempts to sell his prototype jet pack at the World's Fair. After being rejected, he meets Athena, a young girl who is able to transport him to a futuristic cityscape where robots fix his jet pack and he is allowed to join the secret world. In the present day, young Casey is arrested for sabotaging the demolition of a NASA launch site. When her belongings are returned to her by the police, she finds a strange pin which transports her to the futuristic city - Tomorrowland - for a short visit. When the pin's battery runs out, she tries to find out what is going on - and attracts unwanted attention. Athena appears and helps her get to Frank, who has become a reclusive cynic. He was banished from Tomorrowland and he won't help Casey to get there. But the prospect of the end of the world is a powerful motivator...Also starring Raffey Cassidy, Hugh Laurie and Tim McGraw.
