Gone Fishin’:  The third instalment of Nino Culotta's adventures, wherein he has been advised to take a break from the building trade and try fishing.  So he does...commercial fishing in Sydney's George's River and on the South Coast, where he meets some more memorable Australian characters such as Shorty, Shorty's Old Man fishing inspectors and mullet. It's Your Shout, Mate:  James McIntosh - an Englishman on a reconnaissance journey for his employer - a British brewery, travels around Australia to write a report on the viability of entering the market. In his journey Jim visits every state, and samples extensively, taking brewery tours and interviewing staff and customers alike and learning about fives, sevens, middies, pots, schooners and pints, and of course how every state has 'the best beer in the world'.
