Hotel Babylon: Imogen Edward-Jones and Anonymous

This is an account of a decade of service in a real-life hotel known under the euphemism "Hotel Babylon", compressed into 24 hours. 'Anonymous' was the manager for ten years. Stories of 'client service' include gems such as the lady guest with the vibrating handbag, guests that steal anything from the fridges to the bathrobes, Johnny Depp's parties, Michael Jackson's junk food and Evian baths - all this and much more in the decdence and debauchery of the service industry.
