O'Grady, a.k.a. 'Nino Culotta' describes his experiences in hospital when confined therein for an intestinal bug. He fills his time by observing the numerous new friends and enemas he encounters; and takes a hilarious trip down Memory Lane on his days in the Australian Forces while stationed in the Pacific, where he originally contracted the bug. His memories include the de-sexing of the ship's cat in the medical bay (much to Matron's disgust - and the cat's) and the hysterical efforts made to educate the gentle people of the Pacific Islands in the matter of Western hygiene, among other gems. Pure Aussie humour. Illustrated by the infamous 'Wep'.
